Legal

Privacy policy

What data we process about you, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to deliver access and provide support — nothing more.

Effective June 4, 2026 · version 1 (draft)

Draft pending legal review

This is a working draft. It serves as a reasonable outline and will undergo legal review before launch (including the controller's identification and processor agreements). Until then it is not a binding legal document. The Czech version prevails. Questions go to hello@rellmo.com.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data is the company operating the re:LLMO service — Effectix [insert legal entity, registered office, and company ID]. For matters of personal-data protection, reach us at hello@rellmo.com.

2. What data we process

  • Contact and order data — the e-mail address you enter at checkout and your GitHub username (where the automation needs it to grant repository access).
  • Payment and billing data — processed by the Lemon Squeezy payment gateway; we receive payment confirmation and the data needed to issue a tax document, not your card number.
  • Communication data — the content of messages you send us (support, questions, complaints).
  • Technical visit data — to the extent necessary for operation and security (e.g. server logs). [Insert whether and which analytics the site uses.]

Note: the automations themselves (e.g. the AI audit) run in your environment in Claude Code and work with the data you give them (typically the domain we audit). That data is processed by your tool and the connected third-party services — it does not pass through our servers.

3. Why we process data and on what basis

  • Performance of contract — delivering access to the purchased automation, licence management, and support. (Legal basis: performance of contract.)
  • Compliance with legal obligations — particularly accounting and tax (issuing and retaining documents). (Legal basis: legal obligation.)
  • Legitimate interest — securing the service, preventing abuse, and handling enquiries. (Legal basis: legitimate interest.)
  • Consent — where you explicitly grant it (e.g. newsletters). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. [Insert once a newsletter is introduced.]

4. Who we share data with

We don't share data with anyone we don't need to. We work with these processors and providers:

  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and issuing documents (merchant of record).
  • GitHub — distributing automations and managing access to the private repository.
  • Hosting and e-mail delivery provider — running the website and sending access e-mails. [Insert specific providers.]

Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR. [After legal review, insert the specific transfer mechanism — standard contractual clauses, etc.]

5. How long we keep data

We keep data only for as long as necessary — for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law (particularly accounting and tax documents). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn. [Insert specific retention periods.]

6. Cookies and measurement

The site is built statically and we try to keep it lightweight. We host fonts ourselves, so they are not loaded from external CDNs (no passing of your IP to a third party just for a typeface). If the site uses cookies or analytics, we inform you and, where applicable, ask for consent. [Insert the real cookie / analytics status and any cookie banner.]

7. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to:

  • access your data and a copy of it,
  • rectify inaccurate data,
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless a legal ground for processing persists,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent, where processing is based on it.

Exercise your rights by e-mail at hello@rellmo.com. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Access to your access details is limited to the people who need it.

9. Changes to this document

We may update this policy — we always publish the current version on this page with its effective date. We will notify you of material changes where relevant.
